The Services assist founders in obtaining structured analytical feedback on pitch materials and assist investors in evaluating, ranking, and conducting diligence on companies under consideration. We recognize that submitted materials frequently contain confidential, proprietary, and commercially sensitive information and we are committed to handling such information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
We may collect personal information and business information voluntarily provided to us, including names, contact details, company information, pitch decks, financial statements, diligence materials, communications, and related documentation. We may also collect technical and usage information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and interaction data through cookies or similar technologies.
Information is processed solely for legitimate internal business purposes, including providing requested analysis and feedback, generating rankings and diligence insights, maintaining platform functionality and security, improving Services, communicating with users, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or confidential business materials.
All pitch decks, diligence documents, financial information, and related materials submitted to the Services are treated as confidential. Access is restricted internally to authorized personnel or contractors subject to confidentiality obligations and who require access solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. We do not disclose, publish, commercialize, or exploit uploaded materials without express written authorization, except where required by law.
Certain analytical outputs may be generated or supported by automated systems, including artificial intelligence or machine learning tools. Such systems are used exclusively to produce structured feedback and analytical insights requested by users. Uploaded materials are not used to train public models or third-party systems without explicit consent. AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional, investment, legal, or accounting advice.
